The Collegiate Liverpool

This is my apartment in Liverpool. Its an Urban Splash development in what used to be a school just on the edge of the city centre. Derelict for 20 years or so before it was revitalised in the early 2000's, it has a fascinating history and has become a marvelous apartment building. Much of the original interior was gutted by fire and what you see now is essentially the outside walls with a new building placed inside. It has still managed to retain much of its character though and amongst other things still has its original 1st and 2nd world war memorials to pupils killed in voth wars and each Novemeber a remembrance service is still held in the foyer. http://www.liverpooldailypost.co.uk/liverpool-culture/2007/07/12/collegiate-provides-the-perfect-home-92534-19446731/

Italy: Pisa, MotoGP, Florence, Gabicce Mare and Italian trains

A selection of photos from two Italian Holidays taking in the Mugello 2010 and San Marino 2011 MotoGP's, using Gabicce Mare as a base and travelling around by train. (Which do run on time).
